Properties & Usage: POLYTONE AP 110 is a heat reactive alkyl phenolic resin formulated for use in the manufacture of contact adhesives / cements based on polychloroprene or other elastomers. Use of POLYTONE AP 110 imparts good open time combined with excellent green tack and cohesive strength in rubber based adhesives. Use of AP 110 is also useful for increasing the storage stability and heat resistance of the adhesive.
Applications: Rubber Adhesives, Upholstery Adhesives, Shoe Adhesives; Leather Adhesives, Automobile Adhesives, Adhesives with Flexing Property, Rubber Goods, High Heat Resistant Adhesive, High Heat Resistant Resin, Enamels, Lacquers, Varnishes, Coatings and many more.
Solubility: POLYTONE AP 110 is soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon solvents , chlorinated hydrocarbons , ketones and esters etc.
Packaging: Available in 25 Kg bags
Shelf Life: Store under cool dry conditions. It is recommended that the material be used within 12 months from the date of manufacture.
